File a Claim

Property Loss Claim
To file, please gather:

General Liability Claim

Workers' Compensation Claim
For Workers' Comp claims, we ask that you contact AIG's claims department at 877.399.6442. Please refer to these instructions when filing a claim.
Important reminders for your clients:
- If their claim involves an automobile accident or crime, they should record the name of the police department and the number of the police report.
- They should not divulge information to anyone other than the assigned claim handler or their authorized representative.
- In the event that a lawsuit is filed, they should contact you immediately and provide copies of the suit papers.
